Premier Engineered Products has expanded its operations to Appalachian Cast Products (ACP), a specialized die casting facility in Virginia. With added capabilities and space, Premier and ACP can now meet your project requirements even further.
Appalachian Cast Products operates in two buildings in Abingdon, Virginia, with quick access to Interstate 81. Our first building is 33,000 square feet, and our second building is 56,000 square feet. These facilities are prepared to meet your project needs with about 5 acres of land and five overhead cranes for transporting dies and equipment.
We are a USA-based facility, and we deliver our products to companies around the country. As an extension of Premier Engineered Products, our ACP facilities give us more space for developing complex projects and handling large capacity orders.
ACP is a specialized facility for die casting. With 12 die cast cells, the operation can handle projects from 400 tons to 1,000 tons. Two of the die cast cells are fully robotic for precision performance.
